This 22 day challenge blends Integrative Nutrition and Metabolic theories for a manageable, but high-impact wellness course! Most importantly, walk out of this experience feeling better and more confident for the rest of your life!
We gather for an initial meeting to cover all of the details of the challenge. Thereafter, I send a daily reminder to keep us accountable to each other, and then we meet at the end of the challenge to share our results and celebrate! Any one in any shape can participate in this challenge.
